Planex guarantees every user the explicit right to permanently delete their account and all associated personal data stored on our servers.

We provide two convenient methods for account deletion:

Method 1 (Instant In-App): Direct one-tap account wipe inside the Planex Android application.
Method 2 (Web Request Form): Online submission form below for users who have uninstalled the app or lost device access.

Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)

If you have the Planex app installed on your Android device, you can delete your account immediately in real-time:

Open App & Settings

Open Planex, swipe from the left or tap the top-left menu icon, and tap Settings & Account.

Account Management

Select Account Management under the profile section to view your active credentials.

Delete Account & Data

Tap "Delete Account & Wipe Data". Confirm the security prompt to permanently purge your profile instantly.

No. Once deleted, all cloud Firestore message records and authentication profiles are permanently erased and cannot be recovered.

While in-app deletion is instant, web deletion requests submitted through this form are manually verified and permanently purged within 24 to 48 hours.

Do you sell or share my data before deletion?

Never. Planex does not sell, rent, or monetize your personal identity, chats, or cognitive memory to any third party or advertising broker.
