Privacy Policy

Welcome to Planex ("Planex AI", "we", "our", or "us"), an advanced agentic AI assistant and personal planner developed by Auraluxe (Package: com.planex).

This Privacy Policy applies to all services provided within the Planex Android application, related web portals, and cloud proxy infrastructure. We adhere strictly to the Google Play Developer Program Policies (including User Data and AI-Generated Content Policies), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

All AI requests are executed through enterprise stateless inference agreements. Once an inference cycle or streaming response completes, the input prompt is immediately evicted from the model's volatile compute context and is not indexed into general knowledge banks.

We practice strict data minimization. We only collect information essential for authentication, cross-device conversation restoration, and AI generation.

Planex integrates state-of-the-art multimodal artificial intelligence pipelines:

• Text & Reasoning: Handled via Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini 3.5 Flash-Lite, Gemini 3.8 Flash) and DeepSeek reasoning engines. Your text is evaluated statelessly with zero public retraining.
• Voice Input (Speech-to-Text): Audio recorded when you speak is converted to text using native Android on-device speech recognition or transient cloud transcription. Raw voice recordings are discarded immediately after transcription.
• Camera & Image Attachments: Images attached for visual reasoning or editing are compressed, transmitted over TLS 1.3, and evaluated solely for the requested answer.
• AI Image Generation: When you generate visuals, prompts are enhanced and processed via Google Cloud Vertex AI Image models. Generated images are saved into your private local sandbox and personal Firestore history.
• Document & Code Inspection: Attached PDFs or code snippets are analyzed transiently in memory to provide summaries, extraction, or bug fixing.

To eliminate factual hallucinations and provide up-to-date information (e.g., live rates, breaking news, technical documentation):

• Planex automatically extracts autonomous search queries from your prompts.
• Search queries are matched against curated, high-authority domain whitelists and Google Search APIs.
• Web page snippets are evaluated with a median-based statistical outlier filter before being summarized for you.
• Privacy Protection: Web searches contain only the extracted factual query, never your personal account ID, email, or profile data.

Planex works exclusively with vetted, enterprise-grade cloud service providers:

• Google LLC (Firebase & Cloud Vertex AI): User authentication, Firestore cloud sync, Cloud Functions gateway, and Vertex AI enterprise inference (Google Privacy Policy).
• Google Play In-App Billing: Processes all digital subscriptions securely on Google's compliant servers (Google Play Terms).
• DeepSeek / Third-Party LLM Infrastructure: Enterprise API endpoints utilized statelessly for deep mathematical and coding reasoning under non-retention agreements.

We respect your right to data erasure. In full compliance with Google Play's Account Deletion Policy, Planex provides two distinct methods to permanently delete your account and personal data:

Chat History Deletion: You can also clear only your conversational history without deleting your account by going to Settings $\rightarrow$ Data & History $\rightarrow$ Clear Chat History.

We implement defense-in-depth technical and organizational controls:

• Encryption in Transit: 100% of data traveling between your device, our cloud functions, and AI APIs is encrypted with modern TLS 1.3 / HTTPS.
• Encryption at Rest: Cloud Firestore databases utilize AES-256 server-side encryption.
• Least-Privilege Security Rules: Firestore security rules restrict read/write/delete operations strictly to the verified UID of the authenticated account. No other user can access your private data.
• Local Sandbox Isolation: Images and local cache files are stored within Android's private app sandbox, preventing unauthorized extraction by other apps.

Regardless of your geographic location, Planex grants you the following statutory rights:

• Right to Access & Portability: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: Update or correct your profile name and details directly in Account Management.
• Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Demand immediate and irreversible deletion of your account and data.
• Right to Opt-Out of Data Sharing: We do not sell or share personal information with third-party advertisers.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: Exercising your privacy rights will never result in degraded service or discriminatory treatment.

Planex is designed for general productivity and is strictly intended for individuals aged 13 and older (or 16 and older in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or store personal information from children under these threshold ages. If we become aware that personal information of a child has been collected, we will immediately delete that account and all associated data.

Planex requests only permissions that are directly necessary for core features:

• android.permission.INTERNET: Essential for streaming AI responses, conducting web grounding, and syncing accounts.
• android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Detects connectivity changes to manage retry logic gracefully.
• com.android.vending.BILLING: Required for Google Play In-App Billing for Plus/Pro/Max subscriptions.
• android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO: Used solely when you tap the microphone to dictate queries via speech-to-text.
• android.permission.CAMERA: Used strictly when you take a photo to attach to your conversation.
• android.permission.READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Used only when you choose to attach photos or documents from your device.
• android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Optional): Used to deliver quota reset notifications or reminders that you explicitly enable in settings.
